Operating the newest organization are two of the second generation businessmen— Clark Yap, who sits as the vice-president of CrisRon Holiday Builders, Inc., and Wesley Bangayan, taking charge as Legacy Leisure Residences’ vice-president for marketing.
Way before they earned their business management degrees abroad, Clark Yap and Wesley Bangayan started their training in the most unconventional way. Growing up, the sites of the operations were literally their playground, shared Yap. Unknowingly, tagging along with their parents was sort of an apprenticeship. As young men, they were already exposed to the structures and idiosyncrasies of the companies. They grew up with it and in it.
